12 (કોમર્સ) બોર્ડનું પરિણામ જાહેર થયાના 2 દિવસ પછી હોસ્ટેલ પ્રવેશ માટેનું ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ ચાલુ થશે.
ધોરણ ૧૨ વર્ષ ૨૦૨૩ માં પાસ કરેલ હશે તેવા વિધાર્થીઓને જ મેરીટ યાદી માં સામેલ કરવામાં આવશે.
હોસ્ટેલ એડમિશન માટેના ઓનલાઈન ફોર્મ 15 દિવસ સુધી ભરવાનું ચાલુ રહેશે.
હોસ્ટેલ એડમિશન ફોર્મ ભરવાના બંધ થયાના 3 દિવસ પછી મેરિટ લિસ્ટ જાહેર કરવામાં આવશે અને વેબસાઇટ પર પ્રકાશિત કરવામાં આવશે.
પસંદગી પામેલા વિદ્યાર્થીને E-Mail અથવા SMS દ્વારા સૂચના આપવામાં આવશે.
મેરિટ જાહેર થયાના 15 દિવસની અંદર પસંદગી પામેલ વિદ્યાર્થીએ કેળવણીધામ એડમિન ઑફિસની મુલાકાત લઈને વ્યક્તિગત રીતે ડોક્યુમેન્ટ્સની ચકાસણી કરાવવી પડશે. મેરિટમાં નામ હોય, પરંતુ કોલેજમાં એડમિશન પ્રાપ્ત ના થયું હોય તેવા સંજોગોમાં વિદ્યાર્થી રૂપિયા 2000 ભરી પોતાનું એડમિશન અનામત સ્વરૂપે રાખી શકે છે, જે નોન-રીફંડેબલ રહેશે. મેરિટ જાહેર થયાના 60 દિવસ દરમ્યાન કોલેજમાં એડમિશન પ્રાપ્ત થયા બાદ કોલેજની ફીની રસીદ તેમજ જરૂરી ડોક્યુમેન્ટ્સ કેળવણીધામની એડમિન ઓફિસમાં ચકાસણી કરાવી પોતાનો પ્રવેશ કન્ફર્મ કરાવવાનો રહેશે અને તેમણે ભરેલા રૂપિયા 2000 હોસ્ટેલની ફીમાં જમા થશે અને જો 60 દિવસમાં કોલેજનું એડમિશન પ્રાપ્ત થયું ના હોય તેવા સંજોગોમાં અનામત સ્વરૂપે રાખેલું હોસ્ટેલ ખાતેનું એડમિશન રદપાત્ર ગણાશે.

ટ્રસ્ટી ક્વોટા માટે ખાસ નોંધ:

1. દરેક ટ્રસ્ટી માટે 1 વિદ્યાર્થીનો પ્રવેશ ધ્યાનમાં લેવામાં આવશે અને તે પણ મેરિટ મુજબ ગણવામાં આવશે. (ઉદાહરણ તરીકે: જો 5 વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ સમાન ટ્રસ્ટીની ભલામણ સાથે અરજી કરી હોય તો માત્ર 1 જ વિદ્યાર્થીને પ્રવેશ મળશે અને અન્ય 4 વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પ્રવેશ મળવાપાત્ર નથી.)
